Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or was improperly manufactured please call us at 1-800-536-EDNA so we can get a new one out to you right away. Your replacement item will arrive with a USPS return label so you can simply leave your damaged item out with your mail to return to us.
Returns & Exchanges: If you find that you do not like a cream or color for any reason simply mail it back within 30 days of reciept and we will refund your product cost (less the cost of shipping/handling). Please include a note in your box explaining:
1) your reason for return
2) whether you would like to exchange it for another product or be given a refund (less shipping). If you choose a refund it will be given to you in the same form as your original payment method.
