I was gifted this eyebrow sealer for Christmas.
At first I applied it directly over my eyebrows after applying pencil or powder and it worked fine.
I decided to try an alternative technique.
First, I applied a coat of this product to my natural brow and used an eyebrow brush to form a distinct brow line. Then I filled out the brow with Edna eyebrow pencil or powder, depending on daytime or evening wear. One last top coat of this product sets the brow. This technique works great for all day or all evening wear. Fabulous!
